As financial institutions are an essential service, Associated Healthcare Credit Union will remain open to serve members during the Stay at Home order declared by Governor Walz.
 
  • Lobbies are closed until further notice. We will make every effort to reopen our branches to member traffic when we are assured of the safety and well-being of our members and employees.
  • Extended Phone Hours: Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM and Friday to 7:30AM-5PM.
  • Drive thru located at our Eagan branch 1460 Yankee Doogle Rd, Eagan MN 55121 has extended hours of: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5PM
Credit union deposits are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) per individual up to $250,000, just as bank deposits are insured by the FDIC. Members can rest assured their money is safe. 
 
Associated Healthcare credit Union offers a range of solutions to help our members manage through temporary periods of reduced or lost income. We are working with members by delaying payments, increasing credit lines, waiving fees, assisting with loans, and other financial advice. Members should contact us directly to learn more about what options may be available to them. 
 
We are urging members to with us on any financial concerns they may have, rather than withdrawing large amounts of cash. Any withdrawal of cash eliminates the NCUA insurance and could put people's public safety at risk.

As the spread of COVID-19 continues, our priorties remain providing service to our members in the safest and healtiest ways possible. 

Our phones are still on, online banking is available, and you may send us a message via chat any time. We ask that you please be patient with our staff members during this trying time. We have implemented a policy asking employees not to come in if they or their family members, are not feeling well. This may cause a shortage in availability of our employees to assist you and we appreciate you patience at this time. We have taken some steps to continue to provide safe service:

You may also utilize the night drops located at each of our branch locations:

  • Saint Paul Office located to the left of the lobby entrance OR at our Service Center in the lower level tunnel connecting the Doctor's  Professional Building to United Hospital.
  • Eagan Office located on the side of the building in our drive thru.
  • Coon Rapids located to the left of the lobby entrance.
  • Fridley located outside at the South entrance of the Professional Building.
  • Minneapolis located to the left of the lobby entrance. 

Financial Assistance

We understand the uncertainty behind our economy causes rises concerns to our members financially. We are here to help you during these challenging times. 

  • Utilize our Loan Deferral Program. This program allows for three payment deferrals at any time during a loan. 
  • We are allowing a Skip A Pay for all qualifying Visa Credit Card payments.
  • Our rates remain low. Our lenders are available to help you evaluate if a refinance could be of benefit to you. 
  • No payments on new loans for 90 days.
  • AHCU Partners with local FamilyMeans. FamilyMeans helps families with counseling, therapy, caregiver support, debt and financial management, and grief support in Minnesota. They are offering extended phone services during this time and can be reached at 651-439-4840.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, Associated Healthcare Credit Union is continuing to take significant steps to protect the health and well-being of our members and employees.

We will be making the following adjustments to our operations, while remaining committed to providing you the service and support you've come to expect from us.

You may access your accounts online at ahcu.org or by using the AHCU Mobile app at your convenience. From these two resources you can make payments, view transactions, check balances, find an ATM, apply for and close a loan, and more. 

You may also utilize Remote Deposit Capture through our AHCU Mobile app.

Debit & Credit Cards

All AHCU credit and debit cards will continue to works as usual. 

You may also utilize our AHCU Card Manager app to gain control and access to both your debit and credit cards. You may find this app in both Apple and Android stores. 

Online Account Opening & Loan Applications

You may still open additional accounts and apply for loans using our 24/7 online application. Most accounts and loans can be completed without the need to visit a branch. Open an account or apply for a loan now.
