Branch Manager - Saint Paul

Associated Healthcare Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Branch Manager in our St. Paul office.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising, coaching, and training of all staff in branch office and one employee in a remote office location. The Branch Manager will be responsible for originating, underwriting and closing all consumer loans, opening and closing of branch, maintaining supplies, back up for staffing on the teller line, providing excellent  member service in person and over the telephone, cross-selling credit union products and services to reach branch goals, opening new accounts, and other duties as assigned.  This position requires an outgoing personality, high sales aptitude and the ability to work with other team members as well as independently.  Qualified candidates need a strong consumer and real estate lending background, supervisory experience, be comfortable talking with members about the products and services we offer in person, on the phone, and through electronic means of communication. They also need problem-solving and good organizational skills, proven sales skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
