How will you provide us a copy of your vehicle insurance declaration page showing us listed as the 1st Secured Party?
Choose an option:
- Option 1. Update your insurance information through our insurance portal.
- Option 2. Have the Insurance Agent email your vehicle insurance declaration page to: filoservice@ahcu.org.
- Option 3. Email a picture / scan of your declaration page with us listed as 1st Secured Party as email to: filoservice@ahcu.org.
- Option 4. Send a copy of your insurance policy to us listed through the mail:

Should you fail to maintain the required insurance throughout the life of the loan, the lender may (but shall not be required to and without prejudice to its rights if it does not) purchase a policy for its own protection and pass the cost of the policy on to you, the borrower. We may also at our discretion access an administration fee to purchase protection and add these items to your loan. This may increase the payment amount of your loan.
Ways to Pay
There are several loan payment options available to you.
Option 1: Set up a Payment Transfer
ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, a financial network that allows banks and credit unions to electronically transfer funds and send electronic payments.
Option 2: Use a non-AHCU Debit Card
This is different from ACH or Bill Pay payments in which you give permission to your financial institution to SEND payments. With debit card transactions, you give your permission to AHCU to take the payments from your account.
Option 3: Use Bill Pay
This is different from ACH transfers in that you set up and manage these payments entirely by yourself.
Option 4: AHCU Auto Transfers
Option 5: Coupon Book
If you wish to mail in your loan payments, you can request a complimentary coupon book by calling toll-free 1-877-241-8233.
A coupon book contains a "coupon" showing the date and amount of each payment, along with the mailing address for the payments. You can detach the each coupon and write a check for the amount shown, then mail it to the address noted.
