Financial Services Officer-Woodbury
Associated Healthcare Credit Union is looking to hire a dynamic full time Financial Services Officer for their Woodbury office location. The credit union works with people in the healthcare community to bring them financial security and education.
The position is responsible for opening new accounts, processing member transactions, and cross selling additional products and services. FSOs build relationships with members through daily communication in person, on the phone, and through email or chat. They help members through building long lasting relationships and uncovering financial needs.
Our new Financial Services Officer will help members with everything from new accounts to taking loan applications, and answering general questions from members. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing a high level of customer service, has strong cross selling skills, and enjoys working with those in the healthcare community.
Responsibilities & Experience
- Take loan applications and close loans as needed.
- Act as a Financial Services Officer for new accounts, additional products or services the member may need.
- Be responsible for the teller transactions, answering phones, solving problems, helping with complex transactions and sensitive member relations problems, and explaining policies and procedures to members.
- Responsible for sales production for the office including outbound sales calls.
Experience:
- High School Diploma, and any business or college classes a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Experience in financial product sales and lending.

Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
- Experience in financial services, banking, credit unions, healthcare, or another regulated industry preferred.
- Experience managing agencies and external vendors.
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign management.
