Senior Technology and Data Analyst
The Senior Technology and Data Analytics Analyst will lead the charge in strengthening AHCU’s digital member experience-from mobile and online banking to the data systems that power smarter decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to innovate, collaborate, and make technology work in service of people who spend their days serving others in health care roles across the state, including employees of Allina Health, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Children’s Minnesota, Hennepin Health, Medica, and so many more.

- 2-4 years of experience in financial services technology, digital banking or IT management, with a demonstrated understanding of credit union or community bank operations
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the credit union’s subject matter expert for all member-facing digital channels, including online banking, mobile banking, and emerging fintech integrations.
- Partners with vendors to manage and optimize digital platforms, ensuring reliable, secure, and user-friendly experiences for members.
Data & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support executive decision-making, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for growth, risk management, and member service improvements.
Technology Operations & Security
- Oversee core technology platforms and vendor relationships, including the core processing system, digital banking providers, and other critical systems.
- Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure all technology meets regulatory, security, and privacy standards.
Card Services Specialist
The Card Services Specialist supports the credit union’s mission to serve healthcare professionals and their families by managing all aspects of debit, credit, and ATM/ITM card operations. This role ensures that members who often work non‑traditional hours in a demanding environment receive fast, reliable, secure support. Responsibilities include daily card processing, fraud prevention, dispute management, vendor coordination, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external members that aligns with the values of a healthcare‑focused credit union.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Process new, reissued, and replacement debit and credit cards.
- Monitor and proactive review daily card reports, process maintenance file and exception debit and credit card items.
- Be card service expert to support member services to resolve members inquiries or issues regarding card products and services such as travel notifications, card controls, PIN resets, spending limit changes, and mobile wallet enrollment.
- Process monthly approved credit card charge offs from the Board.
Fraud Monitoring & Risk Management
- Monitor real‑time fraud alerts and unusual card activity, balancing fraud prevention with minimal disruption to members. Reach out to members when necessary.
- Back up and assist members experiencing fraud or card compromise and guide them through steps to secure their accounts.
- Collaborate with fraud monitoring partners, card networks, and processors to research and resolve fraud events and suggest improvements for the credit union.
Program & Vendor Administration
- Primary person to work with card processors and third‑party providers to resolve issues and maintain service reliability.
- Lead and or assist with card services testing and verification of system updates, new features, digital wallet integrations, and disaster‑recovery processes.
- Lead and or assist with creating or maintain projects and promotions.
- Manage and maintain card inventory such as plastics and insert carrier.
- Manage and maintain card rewards program.
- Develop, apply, and maintain card services policies and procedures for the department and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Department Support
- Cross-department support with marketing effort to promote and educate members on card products and services features.
- Cross-department support with compliance to maintain forms, disclosures and Regulatory compliance.
- Cross-department training and day-to-day support with member services to resolve members inquiries or issues regarding card products and services.
- Cross training within department for back-up and dual-control support.
- Assist month-end processing and or audits and examinations when necessary.
