Director of Data Analytics and Digital Experience
The Director of Data Analytics and Digital Experience will lead the charge in strengthening AHCU’s digital member experience-from mobile and online banking to the data systems that power smarter decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to innovate, collaborate, and make technology work in service of people who spend their days serving others in health care roles across the state, including employees of Allina Health, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Children’s Minnesota, Hennepin Health, Medica, and so many more.
The Perfect Candidate should...
- Have strong technical competencies with digital platforms.
- Be familiar with core processing systems and how they integrate with digital platforms.
- Have experience managing or supporting system conversions, upgrades, or fintech integrations.
Analytical and Strategic skills are also needed to able to translate raw data into actionable insights.
The Director of Data Analytics and Digital Experience will work closely with the leadership team located in the corporate offices in Woodbury MN either onsite or the possibility of a hybrid remote working schedule.

The four main functions of this position are core accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis & strategic insights, and support.
Desired Skills
- Be able to perform core accounting functions including A/P, A/R manage cash flow, cost controls, and maintain financial records including general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
- Perform cash and investment reconciliation and month end closing.
- Participate in various financial reporting duties to include maintaining dashboard, financial statements and management reports.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights using operational data, trends, opportunities, and risks for the industry.
- Develop financial models and forecasts that help to forecast growth and other metrics.
- Support other areas of the credit union and participate in audits and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications
The qualifications for the Senior Accountant position are:
- College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or account (credit union/banking preferred)
- Technical and analytical competencies
- Positive mindset
- Detail-oriented with strategic perspectives
