Your new credit card is available for activation and use. Providing you enhanced security and added convenience.
Now’s the Time to Use Your New Credit Card
We’re enhancing our card services to give you added security and improved features for everyday banking convenience. As part of this upgrade, you may have already received a new credit card in the mail, or one will be arriving soon.
Activate Your Credit Card Now
- Call the number on the sticker on the front of your card: 1-800-400-0013
- Follow the prompts to activate your card
- Set your PIN.
Have Not Received Your Card?
If you have not yet received your card, please call us at (651) 383-4000 or contact us at ahcu.org.
Update Merchants & Recurring Payments
- Your credit card has a new number, expiration, and CVV.
- Update subscriptions and recurring payments now to avoid service interruptions.
You will need to update your card information with these merchants right away.

Important Information About Credit Card Payments
As we upgrade our credit card system, some payment services will be temporarily unavailable.
Credit card payments through online banking, automated transfers, and phone banking will stop on May 13, 2026 at 3:00 PM CST.
After this time:

These payment services will no longer be available until the new system is live.

Some scheduled or automatic payments may need to be set up again once the new system launches.
Important Dates:

May 13, 2026 – Last day for online, automated, and phone credit card payments (available until 3:00 PM CST)

May 18, 2026 – New credit card system launches
Card Payment Options

Contact a member service associate either by phone or in-person for assistance with payments.
Grace Period for Payments
- There will be no late fees and no impact to your credit during this transition period.
