Associated Healthcare Credit Union is sponsoring a book drive for Star Studio March 1 - 31, 2023.
Star Studio is a community-supported TV station in Children's Minnesota hospitals in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
The books are distributed by staff of Star Studio to children facing an illness or health crisis.
You can order books directly from Amazon by using the Order Books button below. The books will automatically be sent to AHCU.
If you're ordering books from Amazon, please order by March 25, 2023 to ensure we receive them by April 3rd, as that is the date we will deliver them to Children's Minnesota.
If you would like a receipt to use for tax purposes:
- Download and complete the In-Kind Receipt below;
- Scan your receipt from Amazon or wherever you purchased your new books;
- Send both the In-Kind Receipt and your scanned purchase receipt to: [email protected] and they will send you your tax receipt.
Unfortunately, we can only accept new books. If you would rather purchase your books locally and drop off at any of our 5 branches, here are some guidelines:
- Preschool through Highschool Reading Level
- Activity & Coloring Books, Sketch Books
- Chapter Books, Novels, Fiction, Non-Fiction
- Books with Caldecott Medal and/or Newbery Medal
- Authors to Consider:
